Shrimp Shashlik 

 

Fixings:
Shrimp-20-25 pieces(medium)

Capsicum-1(cut into 1 and 1/2 inch block)

Onion-1 medium(cut into 1 and 1/2 inch block)

Tomato-2 medium(cut into 1 and 1/2 inch block)

Red bean stew powder-1/2 ts

Turmeric powder-1/2 ts

Cumin powder-1/4 ts

Ginger glue 1/2 ts

Garlic glue 1/2 ts

Soy sauce-1 Tbs

Yogurt-2 Tbs

Oil- for shower

Salt-1/2 ts or your decision

Methodology:
1.Clean and wash shrimp. Expel shell from shrimp. Cut all the vegetables. 

2.Add all the fixings to the shrimp aside from oil. Blend them well and keep it for 10 minutes. 
3.Skew shrimp and vegetables to the sticks nearly like one piece shrimp,one piece onion, one piece capsicum, one piece tomato etc.
4.Take a heating tray. Shower or brush oil over the heating tray. Put the sticks on it and spread or brush oil on the sticks legitimately. 

5.Preheat broiler 400 f  for 5 minutes. At that point turn it to 350 f. Place the tray into the broiler for 20-25 minutes. Expel the tray from the broiler and turn over the skewers.(be watchful on the off chance that you utilize metal sticks) Again put the tray to the stove and prepare an alternate around 20 minutes or until brilliant and cooked through.
