 Fish Kabiraji (Bengali Fish Fillets)

Parts :
500 gm (8pc) fish filet (bhetki )

4 green chillies

100 gm onions

8 eggs

10 cloves of garlic

250 gm breadcrumbs

25 gm ginger

8 Tbsp oil

1 lemon

1/2 glass coriander-cleaved

1/4 glass mint-cleaved

100 gm besan

Technique :

Wash the fish filets legitimately. Absorb the fish salt, lemon juice and 4 mugs of water for around 10 minutes. Empty and wipe dry.
Presently marinate the fish for 1 hour with onion, garlic, ginger, green bean stew glue, finely slashed mint, coriander and add salt to taste.
Blend the gram flour and salt. Drop it over the fish.
Warm some oil in the dish.
Beat eggs with a squeeze of salt.
Take each one filet and spread it with the beaten eggs blend. At that point sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.
Profound broil the filets till they're tan on both sides.

Key Ingredients: Onion, Egg, Garlic, Breadcrumbs, Ginger, Lemon, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Gram flour.
