Egg Cutlet 



Parts:
1.egg-3(hard bubbled)

2.potato-2 medium(boiled)

3.onion-1 small(finely cleaved)

4.green stew 4 pieces(chopped)

5.coriander powder-1/2 ts

6.garam masala powder-1/2ts

7.coriander leaves-2 Tbs(chopped)

8.egg-1 (beaten)

9.bread scrap 1 container

10.oil for profound fricasseeing

11.salt-1/2 ts or as per your taste

Strategy:

1.Boil egg. Uproot external shell and cut into parts. Keep them aside. 
2.Peel and heat up the potatoes until cook well and squashed it altogether.
3.Add onion(if you need you can broil the onion to light tan shade in oil, this will give your cutlet a pleasant flavor),chili,coriander powder,garam masala powder, coriander leaves and salt to the squashed potato. Blend every one of them well. 
4.Take little parcel of squashed potato and put the half bit of egg inside it and blanket completely with the potato. It gets egg like shape(you can make it your own particular shape). Make whatever remains of the cutlet with the remaining egg pieces. 
5.Dip the cutlet in beaten egg and move over equally in bread scrap. Keep it cooler for 15 minutes. 
6.Heat oil in a skillet. Broil till it turns brilliant tan. Turn over as required. 7.Remove from the skillet and spot it on a kitchen tissue to splash additional oil. 
8.Now prepared to serve your flavorful egg cutlet/hack.
