Egg Halwa 

 


Parts:
Egg- 4

Mawa- 1 mug

Almond- 40-45 pieces

Milk- 1/4 mug

Sugar- 3/4 mug

Nutmeg powder- 1/4 ts

Saffron/ Food shade  1 squeeze (discretionary)

Ghee/ elucidated margarine  4 Tbs + 1 Tbs for brush the dish

Salt- 1 squeeze

Strategy:

1.Take all the parts in your blender and mix it to make a smooth glue.

2.Brush some margarine on the dish where you need to set your halwa and keep aside.

3.Now take the glue in a skillet, put it on the burner in a medium high temperature and begin to mix.

4.Stir the glue ceaselessly until it get to be thick and begin to discrete from the side of the dish.
