Egg Cream Korma

Fixings :

6 bubbled eggs

1/3 rd glass onion glue

2 tea spoon ginger glue

1/4 th mug yogurt , beaten

1 mug , thick drain

1/2 mug overwhelming cream

1 cinnamon stick ( 1″ long)

4 green cardamoms

1 straight leaf

1 tea spoon raisin glue ( discretionary)

Salt to taste

Sugar to taste

Part green chilies

Keora water

Technique:
1. Heat ghee and sear the eggs for some time . Keep them aside .

2 . Include entire garam masalas and sear for some time . Include the onion -ginger glue . Cook well including water little by little . Include the beaten yogurt . Cook well .

3. Include the milk and the eggs . After few minutes include the cream , salt , sugar and part green chilies . Cook until the sought consistency comes !! Sprinkle some keora water .

Present with polau
